Hi Thomas and Friends,
Just let you let know that
there is a new landmark on National Mall, Washington, DC, called
Eisenhower Memorial. It is on Constitution Avenue between Air and Space
Museum and Department of Education building. For your information,
ROC(Taiwan) donated 1 million US dollars for this memorial.

From
the quotations of famous people, we can sense that President Eisenhower
is a man of Peace and Freedom. Here is a couple of them for your
reference.
“We look upon this shaken earth, and
we declare our firm and fixed purpose-the building of a peace with
justice in a world where moral law prevails.”
“May the light of freedom, coming to all darkness, flame brightly-until at last the darkness is no more.”
God Bless Taiwan, Hong Kong and those places which long for freedom and peace!
