USA is trying hard to cope with the impacts of COVID-19, the hurricane
Ida and the wildfires in the west while Taiwan is dealing with Chinese
aggression in the air(共機騷亂），on the water(漁船越界）and by the
land(網軍入侵/中資買台）.
