RIP, Brother Lou, Tea Master, Sensei in many ways...
Our sincere condolences.
I know Brother Lou is a fighter and I felt sorry he has not gone through the most difficult battle in his life. Cherish a 88 years career with so many great achievements. RIP Brother Lou, Sensei and Role Model forever.

ReplyDeleteThis makes me incredibly sad. Each time I met him, I learned something new. He was kind and generous. Not to mention innovative. He was also an amazing advocate and vital asset to Taiwanese tea. I feel lucky to have met him several times. He will be greatly missed.

ReplyDelete萬分的哀傷，哀悼關西紅茶羅慶士先生永生。
羅先生得過 2012 客家台灣文化獎（由北美臺灣客家公共事務協會推薦）。
HAPA-NA 2013 臺三線座談會，臺紅茶業文化舘免費借用，並招待茶點。2014 的座談會，羅先生不但無償借用場地，還招待午餐便當和餐廳晚餐。羅先生投入臺灣製茶工作超過一甲子，成立「臺紅茶業文化舘」以保存臺灣製查歷史文化，對客家「三行詩」的推動以及舉辦音樂會會等，推展臺灣客家文化。
哲人其萎，將於 7/17 辦告別儀式，希望家屬節哀。

萬分的哀傷與不捨，羅先生一生見證台灣茶葉史，也經歷了台灣的現代史，更是推廣台灣客家文化的領航人。
