Please keep some facts in mind.
1. 「浪漫臺三線」 is only the one of 小英's 「五大客家政策」。
2. HAC(客委會）already started and spent time and money on 31 projects locally.
3. Overseas Hakka have not been invited to get involved in everything going on.
4. HAC was founded in June, 2001 while HAPA-NA was built in 1990s. Both had tried to reach out for years but in
wrong ways and so never connected right.
Hope that HAC chief will brief us some progress on ...at 「八月懇親會」in LA.

Perhaps, HAPA-NA should reach out intermittently and immediately to not only national HAC but regional ones to rescue Taiwan Hakka from now on.
BTW. What 「腮」and 「鞭」 that you used in your H3LP mean? 「腮」=Fast? and 鞭=Work hard? Am I correct?
