Dear BIG Ben: Personally, I think to touch up with Hakka color on the Tai3Route is not an bad idea. Yet HAC won't be able to handle the whole project - as it is fundamentally an issue of Zoning and Developing Plan for the Country of Taiwan, not just a colorful culture touch up. Tai3Route is having a great chance to develop Green Housing for the neighboring metro cities. Have that in mind and based on the natural geography, topography, climate...let the eco-agriculture and bio-tech material to be cultivated and grown effectively to support the beautiful living environment.
