落葉應歸根
日夜有意月冇情
奈何浮萍騰水行。

人生減除法
從有到冇冇到有
淨空減除心會開。

來去世間夢一場
簡單人生健康隨。

    Excellent in poetic form with a hint of nostalgia and homesickness. You should write more Hakka poems for the Hakka in Taiwan.
    As to the word 騰, Can we use 隨，順 for it?
    淨空減除心會開，How about順其自然心會開
