share a few photos taken at Tidal Basin yesterday with you. It’s very
obvious that the crowd for Cherry Blossom is dwindling because of the outbreak of Chinese Coronavirus this year. President Donald Trump already declared
National State of Emergency. Most of museums, National Parks, National
Zoo are closed to the public. DC government ordered all restaurants to close for 2 or more weeks on a voluntary basis (?).
