 Bill Clinton(1998)are not impeached.)

參、眾議院要一致（同意總統犯罪後，通過彈劾）

Here is US Impeachment process for your reference. First, after a lengthy inquiry, there must a majority in the House voted to remove Trump. Then, it needs two thirds of Senators in the Senate voted to remove Trump. In latter case, Supreme Court Justice will hold the public hearing with all Senators as jury and Managers sent from the House as Prosecutors.
