Hi, Thomas and 羅先生，

It has been just over a year since our last exchanged conversations on 「臺灣，全球客家之都？」.   Am I constructive or complaining? I think I have done both through 「雲端過家打嘴鼓」. I am pretty sure that I didn’t ask for anything from anyone in Taiwan. Hope that I didn’t hurt anyone’s feelings in my H3LPs. I know that I have changed ever since, (1)changing from Big to Small in caring Hakka more than Taiwan/USA, I.e., the survival of Taiwan Hakka and disappearance of our mother tongue, Hakka Language; (2) changing the idea to establish Global Hakka Institute (全球客家學院）instead; (3) becoming totally selfish to live for 「搶救臺灣客家人、語文、文化」.

Indeed, it has been very encouraging to see (1) HAC started 「客家青年國際化」計劃;（2）HAC supported the first 「全球臺灣客家文化會議」in LA, USA on August 4-6, 2017; (3) Dr. Albert Chu’s 巡迴演講 on 臺三線客庄 through 「臺灣客家聯盟」with HAC’s support; (4) HAPA-NA President Chen’s second visit to HAC to promote H3LP in his rapping way; (5) Mr. CS Lou’s everlasting trust on the knowledge, experience, wisdom of overseas Taiwan Hakka elites to help Taiwan in every way; (6) Taiwan Tea Man, Mr. Thomas Shu, relentlessly pushes HAC going global and getting to know what overseas Hakka elites can do and offer.

However, it has been awfully bad to see (1) HAC’s absence on one of Dr. Chu’s speech in 竹北；

（2）the lack of coordination among HAC, domestic and overseas Taiwan Hakka during their long stay in Taiwan; (3) almost no news and no words on those 11 young Hakka elites after LA meeting; (4) no official/professional web site to view the progress such as activities, etc. of 「浪漫臺三線」; (5) no interaction and cooperation among WTHA, THAA, HAPA-NA, 臺灣客家聯盟，臺灣客社、、；（6）gradual disappearing enthusiasm of loyal H3LP supporters such as 呂清雲老師、甘訪英會長、李長吉醫師、黃仁安董事長、黃正文校長、葉政助教授 to join in writing 「客家三行詩」.

I am fully convinced that Hakka Language will exist and Taiwan Hakka will survive if HAC sets an example and steps in aggressively to face on the advices and challenges brought up those concerned overseas Hakka Taiwanese Americans such as Dr. Albert Chu in the following ways.
