牛年牛(New) 創意

Dear Thomas,

Love to read this H3LP of yours. It inspires me to know/learn more about Hakka old ancient foods(古早味/古老味/頭擺味). In fact, we have recently found and bought 「臺灣酸菜」at 99 Ranch Market(大華)in Gaithersburg, Maryland. We love it. Here is a short interesting story about this amazing Hakka vegetable that I dig out form old news article. 依照桃園「大江屋」頭家講:『芥菜』係「阿祖」,『酸菜』係「阿公」,『福菜』係「阿爸」,『梅干菜』係「孫仔」。Very true and interesting, isn’t it? To echo your H3LP, here is mine.

In 2020, under the global impact of COVID-19, I finally realized and accepted that saving/preserving Taiwan Hakka heritage(culture, language, etc.) Can Not just rely on Taiwan Hakka(HAC, Hakka TV/Radio, Hakka Magazine, etc.). We must reach out to every corner of globe, even China across Taiwan strait, to work together
to find a solution. Do you agree?
