「HAKKA UN-NGO推動籌備處」成立

Dear 晁 院長，

Thank you very much for your letter(see below) of planning and joining UN-NGO with HAKKA in mind. Indeed, it is certainly a very good bold move for you, your Hakka college and Taiwan Hakka as a whole to join the Non-Government-organizations of the United Nations. Surely, it is about time.

Salute to your boldness, insight and thought on this huge project! I am forever grateful!
