Hi, 羅 先生 and All,
Just share an article written by Ms JoAnn Fan, the niece of my high school classmate, 黃仁安 董事長, and published in the most recent issue of the Diplomat, with you. Her voice for Taiwan and Taiwanese will certainly be heard loud and long in the diplomatic circle as well as among the educated scholars in Economics. You ought to find your time, sit down and read word by word by clicking the following under link which she sent to me.
JoAnn Fan 後生
金融經濟知透透
國際發聲為台灣
Diplomat 雜誌
外交官員必讀物
銷路銷遍全世界
范JoAnn細妹
哈佛耶魯雙碩士
布魯斯金研究員
We all should give her pats on the shoulder and encourage her to write more to voice for Taiwan in the international circle.
Best regards,
Gui Ion Zhong 4/22/2014

Dear Uncle Ben & Aunt Tiffany,
Hope you're enjoying the spring days. In the aftermath of the Sunflower movement, I've written a piece on the economic implication of the STA. My humble attempt got picked up by the Diplomat and went up this morning, as below.

ReplyDeleteHi, Big Ben,
ReplyDeleteThank you for your information. Glad to know of a bright, young Taiwanese scholar, Ms JoAnn Fan, in the field of international affairs; we need, as a matter of fact, more such kind of experts or diplomats now to make Taiwan even more outstanding and known in the international societies. Ms Fan’s article is a well-reported and balanced view of the 318 Sunflower Students Movement as far as I know. If she can make out the worst case scenario of CSSTA even more clearly for the readers to understand, the article she wrote would be even more invaluable documents in the history of Taiwan. CSSTA is indeed a Trojan Horse to be sent in Taiwan for another Chinese invasion.
Thank you again for your cooperation.
God save Taiwan,
CS Lou 4/23/2014
